Zhou Jue (1927--): Ad hoc Consultant of China Society for Human Rights Studies. Graduated from Peking University, Zhou once served as ambassador to Turkey, assistant minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ambassador to France, deputy director of the Information Office of the State Council, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, deputy secretary-general and spokesman of the National People's Congress, President of China Society for Human Rights Studies.
