Yang Zhengquan (1940--): Executive Vice President of China Foundation for Human Rights Development, Part-time Professor in the Communication University of China, the Central University for Nationalities, Wuhan University, Vice President of Chinese Publishers Association. Graduated from the Communication University of China, Yang once served as editor-in-chief and director of CCTV, deputy director of the Information Office of the State Council, vice president of China Society for Human Rights Studies.
