Zhang Xiaoling
 
 

Ms. Zhang Xiaoling is a professor and director of Human Rights Studies Centre of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. She obtained bachelor degree and master degree in philosophy from Wuhan University and the Postgraduate School of Party School of the Central Committee, CPC separately. She used to study in Europe and USA. Prof. Zhang dedicated herself to the studies of human rights and women's rights. In 1995, she attended the UN Fourth Conference on Women. She is also the director of Human Rights Research Office of Party School of the Central Committee, CPC, councilor of China Society for Human Rights Studies, council member of Beijing Society for Women's Rights and counselor of the Website of China's Human Rights.
