Mr. Yang Chengming was born in 1962. He is director and deputy dean of Faculty of Law of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), director of the Center for Human Rights Studies of School of Humanities and Social Science, postdoctoral researcher and professor of law, M.A. supervisor, director of the Center for Legal Aid and Legal Clinic of BIT, director of the Institute of Human Rights Law Studies of Harbin Institute of Technology, vice chairman of the Association of European Law and Comparative Law of Heilongjiang Provincial Society of Law, standing member of the Council of China Society of European Law, councilor of the China Society of Private International Law, councilor of China Society for Human Rights Studies, lawyer of Beijing Juntai Law Firm, consultant of the Website of China's Human Rights, and arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission.
