Performers dance during the opening ceremony of the first China Xinjiang International Folk Dance Festival in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on June 8, 2008. The 10-day-long festival attracts dancers and terpsichoreans from both China and countries as Russia, Egypt, Mexico, Greece, India and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
