President of the New Human Rights Association (Nouveaux Droits de l'Homme)

Born in 1946. Master’s degree in Law and Economics of Science-Po, Paris. President of the New Human Rights Association since 1977. Created the magazine of Rainbow (Arc en Ciel) and the Literature Prize of Human Rights (le Prix littéraire des droits de l’Homme)in 1981. He has published several books including New Human Right Guide(Le guide des droits de l’Homme) and Liberate the Human Rights(Libérer les droits de l’Homme ).
