BEIJING, Dec. 10, 2012 -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) leader Liu Yunshan on Monday called for the tenets of the 18th Party Congress to be implemented thoroughly in work, study and words.

The CPC National Congress, which was held last month, set clear goals and guidelines, and it is important to transform them into spiritual power and real actions, said Liu, a newly elected member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
