BEIJING, Feb.6, 2008 -- Premier Wen Jiabao has flown to Guizhou Province to inspect a power tower repair site in the Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. This is the third time in eight days the premier has headed south to direct disaster relief.

Wen Jiabao says the priority is to ensure roads are open, lights are on, and people are safe. Over ten senior officials are with him, including Public Security Minister Meng Jianzhu, Railways Minister Liu Zhijun, and Communications Minister Li Shenglin.
