MR. VLADIMIR ZAKHAROV

Mr. Zakharov was an Associate professoer and did his pedagogic and scientific activities in Wuhan, China in 1986. He served as counselor of the Interparliamentary Relations Department from 1997 to 2006(Staff of the Duma, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation).
