Mr. Ji (born February 1942) is the President of Association of Former Diplomats of China, and Vice-Chairman of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation. He served as ambassador, vice-minister of foreign affairs, and commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong SAR, a member of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress (NPC) and vice-chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the 10th NPC.
