The Protection of Labor's Right of Receiving Remuneration in 2013

In the year of 2013,the government of China has taken workers’ labor remuneration right into the reform of income distribution system. It has taken many steps including enacting a higher minimum wage standard,adjusting wage guide line,improving the scope of collective contracts,implementing the newly revised Labor Contract Law in order to achieve protection of labor remuneration right. However,the protection of labor remuneration right in China still get challenged,China needs to improve present regulation system from three aspects which are accelerations for improvements of minimum wage standard and the wage guideline,the adjustment of collective wage bargaining’s legal framework,and functions of enterprise labor unions.
