Seminar on development and human rights held in Wuhan

May 9,2016--A seminar on new development concept and China’s human rights protection was held at Wuhan University Saturday, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the UN’s Declaration on the Right to Development.
 
Over 60 scholars and experts from universities and human rights institutions nationwide attended the seminar held by China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS).
 
They held heated discussions on the right to development, China’s contributions to global development, new development theories and human rights guarantee, as well as the relations between human rights and development.
