China, Pakistan hold 3rd human rights consultation

July 21, 2017 -- The 3rd China-Pakistan Consultation on Human Rights was held on July 20, 2017 in Beijing.

Li Hua, Special Representative for Human Rights Affairs of China’s Foreign Ministry, and Khalil-ur-Rehman Hashmi, Director-General of the Arms Control and Disarmament Division of Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs Ministry, co-chaired the consultation.

The two sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues including new progress in human rights protection, international human rights situations, as well as bilateral and multilateral human rights cooperation.
