On Community of Shared Future for Mankind and Rights to Peavelopment

ZHANG Yonghe

China

Abstract: The right to peace and the right to development are mutually determinative and indivisible. We can not obtain the right to peace without the right to development, and vice versa. There is no right to development without the right to peace, or right to peace without the right to development. Therefore, the organic combination of right to peace and right to development, namely rights to peavelopment, is possible and realistic. The rights to peavelopment are not a simple addition of right to peace and right to development, but an organic combination of the two instead. They are preconditions of each other. At the same time, they interact and complement each other. The rights to peavelopment do not refer to any specific right, but a set of rights aimed to realize the peaceful coexistence of mankind, the common development of all the countries and the universal wealth of the globe. The concept of Community of Shared Future for Mankind (CSF) has laid the theoretical foundation for rights to peavelopment. Only under the guidance of CSF can the international community truly enjoy the rights to peavelopment. Today, as all the countries in the world are committed to promote a global system of human rights & governance towards a just and reasonable direction, and respect and guarantee human rights, the rights to peavelopment are not only of theoretical value but also of great realistic significance. To a large extent, it can connect the East and the West, the developed and the developing countries, bridge the gap of human right theories and paths, and become a consensus on human rights.
