Abstract: The establishment of the right to development as a concept coincides with developing countries‘ process of seeking better development. The Chinese Government is a role model in initiating and implementing the Declaration on the Right to Development, and China‘s national human rights action plans have given rise to a human rights cause development model with Chinese characteristics in which objective governance of public affairs is conducted by taking advantage of the overall knowledge. In addition, China has offered valuable experience of human rights cause development for other developing countries, and has made due contributions for further development and perfection of the Declaration on the Right to Development. We should pay attention to legislative coordination for the right to development in China, establish a continual development assessment mechanism so as to continue giving free rein to the coordinating role of the right to development in China‘s human rights cause development.
