Abstract: Women's and children's rights and interests are an important part of human rights. Therefore, the study of the protection of women's and children's rights and interests is of paramount importance in the course of human civilization and progress. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, China gradually realized the need to respect women's progress towards social civilization, and deeply realized the importance of protecting children for the development of a nation and a country, and deeply understood the protection of the rights and interests of women and children in Xinjiang to promote social security and stability in Xinjiang. Importance, the party and the government guarantee the rights and interests of women and children in the form of law, guarantee the healthy growth of children, promote the all-round development of women, and make historical changes in the social status of women and children. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, Xinjiang fully implements the Party Central Committee's strategy of governing the country, unswervingly implements the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability, and places the promotion of the cause of women and children in a more prominent position. At present, the Chinese government has taken a series of measures to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of women and children in Xinjiang from the establishment of laws, regulations and policies, capital investment, education, general language and skills training in rural and community countries, and promotion of employment. Achievements have made the education of school-age children in Xinjiang fully covered, and women gradually have social status in social development and become an important force in the social and economic development of Xinjiang. However, women and children still belong to the disadvantaged groups in society. Their human rights are still violated and neglected in many cases. Therefore, we can continue to improve and strengthen this work from the following two aspects: First, pay attention to the education of vulnerable children in Xinjiang, and protect vulnerable children according to law. The right to receive compulsory education. The second is to improve the right to education of women of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang in remote and vulnerable areas.
