ZHANG Wanhong, a Ph.D. in law, serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor of Wuhan University (WHU) School of Law. He serves as the Chief Expert at WHU Academy of International Law and Global Governance (a national high-end think tank). He is also Director of WHU Public Interest and Development Law Institute, Director of WHU Institute for Human Rights (National Human Rights Education and Training Base). He has long devoted himself to research on human rights law and public welfare-related laws. He is also one of the drafters and evaluators of China’s several national human rights action plans. He is a member of the editorial board of Business and Human Rights Journal (CUP) and other journals.
