Vice Minister for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Martha Delgado Peralta earned her master's degree in environment policies and international development from Harvard University. As a renowned environmentalist leader, she once was the Head of Environment for the Mexico City Government and the President of the First Session of UN-Habitat Assembly. She now serves as Mexico's Sherpa for the High-Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy. She was an independent member of the local congress from 2003 to 2006.And from 2019 on, she has been Vice Minister for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
