Laurent Ngon-Baba, born in 1957, is a mediator of the Central African Republic. He has once served as the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Central African Republic, Chairman of the Institutional, Democracy, Judicial and Administrative Affairs Committee, the Vice President of the High Court, the National Transition Adviser, and the Minister of Justice Keeper and so on. On behalf of the Central African Republic in many regional and sub-regional organizations, he has served as the head of the parliamentary delegation of the Central African Republic in the PCA-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly from 2012 to 2016, and has been a global parliamentarian action focus within the framework of the International Criminal Court, a temporary professor of the Law School, University of Bangui, and chairman of the National Mecca Hajj Organization Working Committee.
