China issues white paper on Tibet's ownership and human rights situation
Beijing, September, 1992 -- The Chinese government released a white paper entitled "Tibet -- Its Ownership And Human Rights Situation."

It presents China's Tibet with twelve chapters: Ownership of Tibet, Origins of So-called 'Tibetan Independence',The Dalai Clique's Separatist Activities and The Central Government's Policy, Feudal Serfdom in Old Tibet, The People Gain Personal Freedom, The People Enjoy Political Rights, Economic Development and Improvement of Living Standards, Freedom of Religious Belief, Development of Education and Culture, People's Health and Demographic Growth, Protection of Living Environment, and Special State Aid for Tibet's Development.
