The seminar "Building Chinese Human Rights Discourse System in a New Era", co-sponsored by the China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS) and the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China in Hunan Province, was held Thursday in Central South University in Changsha, capital of Hunan province. Nearly 70 scholars and experts from universities, research institutes and government departments exchanged views on the building of the Chinese human rights discourse system and the global human rights governance in the new era.
